Self-Care

SELF-CARE

After clearing out a lot of old patterns and old methods for getting my needs met, I started working on repairing the damage done to me by living with unresolved trauma for so long.

I began restoring myself to my original/natural state by focusing on self-care.

Below are my daily self-care practices. I started out doing just a few of the things on this list and kept adding more little by little.
I hope you find some of them inspiring!

Knowledge of who I am designed to be

    I am Supported & Empowered.
I choose to do the work that Life designed me to do,
Creating a life deeply aligned with Nature and the natural order.
The more I relax, the easier it is to flow with the River of Life.
